Home Bay Residence

Our clients for this residence were seeking new levels of luxury for their existing 2011 architecturally designed home.  Children had grown, and the family’s requirements had matured.  The key priority for us was to bring natural material and texture to every space, bringing aesthetic and acoustic warmth to the home.  Layered brass, timber and stone details bring tactile luxury to every detail. While the home remains open plan, each space is more clearly defined and better serves its function.  The transition to evening brings incredible richness and warmth as the lighting design accents focal points across all the spaces.
