Kohimarama Residence

A renovation of an existing brick bungalow in the sunny, coastal suburb of Kohimarama. This project underwent extensive construction planning to create seamless, open plan living that felt appropriate to the home’s location and maturity. The original heart Rimu floors were retained, and this was a foundational choice that set the tone for the rest of the material selections throughout.
