Gibbston Valley Lodge

A new lodge development on Gibbston Valley Wine’s home block comprising 34 Villas, Spa, Gym and a central lodge building.

The intent; to create spaces that give the sense the buildings have always been there. Gibbston Valley Winery produces single vineyard vintages that are a true representation of the terroir traditional wine making techniques and time, and our design carries these aspects across the spaces.
